Procurement professionals must therefore continue to develop new commercial and personal skills, both as individuals and as teams, ensure they are able to attract, develop and retain new and existing talent, and adopt new technologies to improve their capabilities.

The Procurement Skills Zone will deliver training and knowledge sessions focusing on how the profession can attract and retain talent, and develop their personnel, processes and technologies to procure more effectively.
